April 21st at Rocas Retreat for this weekend to connect with your essence through your ancestral lineage as well as your spiritual ancestral path.
Use this opportunity to address severed ancestral relationships and begin the healing process from ancestral trauma, learn different ways of communicating with the ancestors and how to enlist their protection, help and guidance in your life in order to thrive. Join as we journey to meet the ancestors in meditation.
In between sessions of Yoga, Reiki and meditation, we invite you to enjoy all that Rocas Retreat has to offer. Take a dip in our pool. Let your troubles melt away in the hot tub. Connect with others or enjoy some alone time in nature. Whatever you choose, we are certain you will return home with a full and happy heart!

Pricing
Quoted rates are for a 2 night stay, access to all of the speaker sessions, the event and all of the amenities that Rocas Retreat has to offer.
Early check-in and additional nights besides Friday or Saturday can be booked sending an email to reservations@rocasretreat.com and we will assist you.

Cancellation 4 weeks prior to event 70% -(30% retainer)
14 days prior to event 50% refund
7days prior to event 25% refund.
Cancellations after April 14th, will not be refunded.

Afua Adusei-Poku-Erken
Featured Speaker
Afua has always been intrigued by the dynamics of human interaction and their deeper meaning, as well as the motives of mankind. Being brought up internationally has enabled her to learn from and experience the abundance and the lack the world offers.
She has worked as a behavioral psychotherapist and couples’ therapist for the past thirty years as well as being a supervisor for other colleagues. The sciences and psychology were a welcome haven when she did not know how to live and be confident with what she today calls her gifts of being a spiritual intuitive, an empath, clairsentient and clairaudient.
Afua is most radiant and at her best when she holds space for others to do their spiritual work while guiding and mentoring them on their spiritual journey.
Her uniqueness lies in her connection with the ancestors.
Over the years she has fostered and cultivated this relationship enabling her to tap into and interpret their messages, signs, guidance as well as their protection. The ancestors are eager to assist all of us, ours is to ask.
She has studied Pranic healing and various energy practices from teachers like Alberto Villoldo, Master Choa Kok Sui’s pranic healing society, Donna Eden, Jeffrey Allen and Vadim Tschenze, as well as African cosmology by Ancestral Voices, enabling her to learn and teach energy practices from diverse cultures and indigenous societies.
Currently, she is co-authoring a book while holding workshops, seminars, and various journeying meditation evenings in Germany and internationally.
