TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCAS'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO ROCAS FOR THE SPECIFIC WEBSITE-RELATED SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

This limitation applies only to claims relating to the Website and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Participation in a retreat or event may be subject to separate waivers, releases, participant agreements, or other terms. Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to replace or limit those separate agreements.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Rocas's own conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires the application of another jurisdiction's law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings concerning the Website, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
