Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 26, 2026

Welcome to rocasretreat.com (the "Website"), operated by Rocas Retreat Events LLC ("Rocas Retreat," "Rocas," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website is an informational website operated by Rocas Retreat Events LLC.

The Website is intended to help visitors:

• Learn about Rocas Retreat
• Learn about retreats and events
• Review information about upcoming retreats
• Contact Rocas
• Submit inquiries
• Begin the registration process for retreats and events

The Website itself is not a reservation, payment, lodging, medical, therapeutic, or professional-services platform.

When you select "Register" for a retreat, you may be redirected to a registration page or website hosted by RetreatGuru. Registration, payment, cancellation, refund, and other event-specific matters may be governed by additional terms presented during the registration process.

2. Retreats and Events

Information about retreats and events displayed on the Website may include dates, locations, accommodations, activities, pricing, schedules, descriptions, and other information.

Rocas makes reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate and current, but event details may change.

The terms applicable to a particular retreat or event may include additional registration terms, cancellation policies, refund policies, participant requirements, waivers, releases, rules, or other agreements.

If there is a conflict between these general Website Terms and an event-specific agreement that you have accepted, the event-specific agreement will control with respect to that event.

3. Registration and Third-Party Services

The Website may direct you to third-party platforms, including RetreatGuru, to complete retreat registration.

When you leave the Rocas Website and enter a third-party registration or payment environment:

• Your use of that third-party service is subject to its applicable terms and policies.
• Information you provide may be collected and processed by that third party.
• Rocas does not control the operation, security, availability, or privacy practices of third-party platforms.
• Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, or made directly through services such as Zelle.

You should review the applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before submitting information or completing a transaction.

4. Accuracy of Website Information

We strive to provide accurate and useful information, but we do not guarantee that all Website content will always be complete, accurate, current, or error-free.

Rocas reserves the right to correct errors and to change, update, suspend, or discontinue Website content at any time.

5. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

Access to the Website may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical problems, security issues, or other reasons.

6. Permitted Use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Rocas Retreat Events LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use Website content for your personal, noncommercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

8. User Communications and Submissions

If you submit an inquiry, message, review, photograph, attachment, suggestion, or other material to Rocas, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that doing so does not violate the rights of another person.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting information to Rocas, you authorize us to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, administer a retreat or event, or otherwise operate our business, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Rocas collects, uses, discloses, and protects information.

10. No Professional or Medical Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise in separate written materials, information presented on the Website is for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Website constitutes medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Rocas does not represent that participation in any retreat or activity will produce a particular physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, or other result.

Participants should make their own decisions regarding whether a particular retreat or activity is appropriate for them and should seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

11. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

These links are provided for convenience or informational purposes.

Rocas does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, services, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party websites is governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

ROCAS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

ROCAS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

These disclaimers apply to the Website and Website content and do not eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROCAS RETREAT EVENTS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCAS'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO ROCAS FOR THE SPECIFIC WEBSITE-RELATED SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

This limitation applies only to claims relating to the Website and does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Participation in a retreat or event may be subject to separate waivers, releases, participant agreements, or other terms. Nothing in these Website Terms is intended to replace or limit those separate agreements.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocas Retreat Events LLC and its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Rocas's own conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

15. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable law requires the application of another jurisdiction's law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings concerning the Website, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

A party seeking to raise a dispute should first contact Rocas at:

emailus@rocasretreat.com

This provision does not prevent either party from seeking emergency or injunctive relief where appropriate or from pursuing rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

18. No Waiver

A failure by Rocas to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or Rocas's right to enforce it later.

19. Changes to These Terms

Rocas may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we may update the effective date shown at the beginning of these Terms and may provide additional notice when appropriate.

Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
