Guest (Child) Registration Form

Thank you for choosing Rocas Retreat. This form helps us to make sure we have up-to-date contact information for you and an emergency contact while your child is on our property. Also, this gives you the opportunity to share if your child has any allergies, dietary preferences, or anything else that you would like to share so we can make your child’s visit as comfortable as possible. If you have several children that will be coming to the property, please fill out one of these forms for each child.
