Afua Adusei-Poku-Erken
Featured Keynote Speaker
Afua brings her expertise to Rocas Retreat as a featured speaker.
Trained and licensed as a behavioral psychotherapist and counselor in Germany, she bridges the gap between psychotherapy and the realm of spirituality.
She has worked as a behavioral and couples psychotherapist for the past thirty years as well as being a supervisor for colleagues.
Afua is most radiant and at her best when she uses her gifts of being a spiritual intuitive, an empath, clairsentient and clairaudient, holding space for others to engage in their spiritual work, while guiding and mentoring them on their journey.
She has studied Pranic healing and various energy practices from teachers like Alberto Villoldo, Master Choa Kok Sui’s pranic healing society, Donna Eden, Jeffrey Allen, and Vadim Tschenze, enabling her to learn and teach energy and shamanic practices from diverse cultures and indigenous societies.
While continuing psychotherapy sessions, she is, at present, co-authoring a book while hosting workshops, seminars, and various journeying meditation evenings in Germany and internationally.

Brenda has been trained in Neuro Lingustic Programming, Timeline construction and therapy, Modality recognition and Synthesia. She has led seminars in Conscious and Sub-conscious mind processing and the release of story in order to step into Manifestation Mastery.
Rob Hanrieder
Yoga Master
Rob brings his eight years of Meditative Vinyasa Flow Yoga combined with Reiki as an Intuitive Wellness Coach to each class he leads. After building a $40 million Oilfield Manufacturing and Field Services company from the ground up he realized that true wealth comes from within following a stress induced health scare. Life’s challenges turned to blessings and lead Rob to the world of intuitive healing involving yogic principles, specialized psychology, hypnosis including breath work, meditation and movement.

Located in North San Diego County, Rocas Retreat rests on 15 acres of sacred land surrounded by rolling hills, and citrus and avocado trees. Your stay is for three nights and includes use of all amenities, including pool and hot tub, outdoor fire feature, walking paths, hiking, meditation spaces, tree swing, labyrinth and more!
LODGING CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel up to 14 days before the retreat for a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations between 3-14 days before the retreat shall be charged one night’s stay. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged the full booking amount.
